For folks wanting for a whole new look.

You make your awesome product or provide your brilliant service. I figure out how to make heads turn your way. I research your competitors, trends and audience needs to situate you uniquely in the market.
What really makes you tick? I work with you to create an internal manifesto, external mission statement and a list of ‘yes we are’ and ‘no we’re not’ adjectives to describe your brand; this way, you’ve got that north star to guide all your future development and eventual world domination...
The good old-fashioned mood board gets a glow-up. We assemble words, fonts, colors, things, people and places that fit your brand, then I use those to shape your website, social pages, newsletters, labels and more.

For everyone who needs better storytelling.

You know how it all started. I'll make your brand's origin story sound dreamy, intentional and easy (wink, wink)! I'll also make you sound like the brilliant, gorgeous, genius you are.
No bumbling around. Let's make them totally get what you offer, and let's make them remember why they adore your brand.
I write all of the words on all of your website (or I fix up just the ones that really need it) so your brand energy shines through, and your clients CLICK TO BUY, baby!
UGH, amiright? I'll take away the headache and time suck of you typing these "necessary evil" updates while also maximizing what the marketing kids these days call conversions (Make. People. Buy it!).
I'll make your food/drink/lube (not judging) sound fabulously delicious but also, frankly, not like total BS. We could even put useful information on the label while we're at it!

Wine

For clients seeking wine education, curation or training.

You (or your team, or your family, friends, clients) want to sit down and learn more about wine... while drinking! We'll start with Wine 101, or Blind Tasting, or whatever your little heart desires, as introductory or in-depth as you like.
Events are always better with good wine (you wish that one you went to yesterday had some, don't you?). I custom-curate thoughtful, artisan selections and can pour onsite like a certified sommelier boss (okay but actually, I am one).
I've made so many wine lists, I've lost count. But I never lose count of your budget, menu compatibility, or target margins. I design opening lists and train teams on managing them moving forward as well as offer ongoing wine program refreshes, complete with staff mentorship to ensure sustainability.
The new guy is enthusiastic... but green. I'm on it. You get back into that finance meeting; I'll coach your team members on service standards, sales techniques and BTG descriptors. You won't realize how much Champagne you sold last weekend, because you didn't hear a single POP from any of those perfectly opened bottles!

Speaking

For planners seeking a thought leader who can command an audience or steer a panel.

With two decades' hands-on experience selling wine to diverse markets, I have my finger on the pulse of where this is all going. I also don't sound like a douchebag when I talk about it.
Enough with the greenwashing. Full-picture sustainability considers economic, social, environmental, cultural and security initiatives. I'm about getting real, tangible and achievable results while fostering conversations that are inclusive, pragmatic and holistic.
DEI isn't a trend, and it isn't optional. It also doesn't have to be scary. I've launched and helped run organizations that have integrated impactful DEI initiatives and overhauled cultures, and I speak to this always-evolving process with vulnerability, grace and poise.
Just because your organization doesn't deliver plates of food to diners doesn't mean you don't need to care for your clients (and yourself!). I love sharing my insights from 30 years in the service and hospitality industries with audiences looking to better care for their guests as well as their teams and themselves.
